From this Thursday though Sunday, PVDFest will transform Downtown in many ways: the city will become a festival ground featuring local and international stars across 13 stages, and a block party all at once. But perhaps no transformation is more distinctly Providence than the artistic one, as our city center becomes a giant, free outdoor art gallery!
